One brave - and unlucky - man has gritted his teeth to find out just what childbirth is like.

After losing the station's lady week challenges, Heart FM's Tom Evans had to be strapped to a childbirth simulator.

While it's obviously not exactly like the real thing, it certainly looks uncomfortable at best.

And from the breakfast presenter's grimacing and protestations it could well be a lot more painful than that.
